| DEPOSIT | 50% |
| FINAL PAYMENT | The balance is due one week prior to the event |
| COPYRIGHT | All photographs remain the property of the photographer until paid for in full |
| TRAVEL COSTS | R4.80 per kilometer per travel (Outside the Ekurhuleni District) |
| DISCOUNTS - WEDDINGS | Weekdays and Winter Season |
| DISCOUNTS - CORPORATE | Multiple shoots - 10% |
| SURCHARGE | Public holidays |
| COLLECTIONS | Event dependant |
