We pay our operators, in full, 90 days in advance.
Our travellers may cancel 120 days in advance of the tour date WITH A FULL REFUND. Less than 120 days in advance of the tour date a 100% cancellation fee applies.
If your tour is cancelled due to minimum numbers not met, we will either reschedule and see if this date suits you, or a FULL REFUND will be given. Our promise!
